So what is this trading method or strategy? Well
chances are you've heard about it if you know anything
about Forex at all. It's a breakout trading
strategy that works time and time again. You just
have to know how to use it and how to spot it. As
Scott Shubert would say, it's a "Phenomenon" in the
markets and you can spot these kinds of trades over and
over and over again.
But why don't people use the tried and true breakout
methods? I don't know.. But I do know it's
about all I use to trade anymore. After just a
little over 3 yrs. of trading and studying Forex
Trading, I have found breakouts to be the most
successful and reliable way to trade the markets.
So what is a breakout? Well let me give you a
sneak peak example of what you will be learning and
EXACTLY how these work.. And I WILL GIVE YOU
EXAMPLE AFTER EXAMPLE AFTER EXAMPLE... (get my drift?)
Above is a breakout trade. How would you have
liked to get a piece of that action? Does that
long red candle get your juices flowing just like it
does mine? It should. It never gets old when
you make a trade and you are already in the profit for a
good portion of that nice long candle!
I'm about to show you how to do this over an over and
over again. And by the end of the short videos,
you will be able to spot these timeless setups on 1 hr,
4 hr and Daily charts.

I first saw "breakout-trading" from
Corey on facebook as an advertisment. In fact,
as a long-term (since 2008) forex investor first
I thought it was very detailed and confusing
strategy and I did not want to get into. Because
during past 3 years I have studied on and with
so many different indicators and strategies most
of which were complete waste of time and money.
When I saw the videos and the breakout-trading
strategy I really impressed because it was so
simple. Frankly saying it is established on
"trends" and I was using trends and channels in
my trades so often. But I was drawing so many
channels up and down and trying to support them
with a lot of useless indicators. Therefore most
of my studies were complete rubbish. Now I see
the picture simple and clear with
breakout-trading.
I applied this two days ago on USD/CAD. I sold
at 1.0345 and bought at 1.0225. Incredible
profit. 120 pips/a day. Since then I wiped-out
all my templates. I will keep using
breakout-trading.

trade was by the book. I will do a
screenshot of the trade you took so everyone can
see it. It took me 2 seconds to spot it
after you told me what pair to look at.

like this and I will use a 1 hr chart to show

Hi Corey,
You must be kidding, it's not only
'ah-ha' but it's amazing and unbelievable! You
can see my attachment where I make some
trend-lines to test your way. It really works
even in a very short time. But of course as you
said in your videos, the longer the lines the
bigger the breakout will be. In breakout A and
B, I made 2 lines since I doubt whether it will
work, but as you see the big bearish happened,
so we can make multiple profits. The rest
breakout(s) just to test whether it works in
short time bullish or bearish. Absolutely your
way is valid. Forget all those indicators for
this way is more than enough. Big thanks, you
just like a savior for my trading way. Merry

I clicked the ad on Facebook, probably like many others. I have been
trading 2 years now and I thought my
strategy was very simple. Corey's strategy
is even simpler. The videos were easy to
understand and it has opened my eyes to a
new way to trade. The breakout strategy
works over and over again and the charts now
present new meaning for interpretation. The
video shows the repeatable patterns over and
over which reinforces learning and
encourages you to visually backtest the
charts yourself. I hope that future videos
will highlight risk management and be more
specific on entries and exits, but so far
the videos are excellent in rounding up the
general idea of Corey's approach. Well done
